Sky Riser

Premise

Have you every wanted to ascend past the ground and reach the heavens? Do you ever get curious of what the clouds feel like? Well, you just happened to have the special ability to clinging and slinging off the pegs floating in the sky, so... get rising!

Sky Riser is an arcade game where you sling yourself up into the skies trying to go as high as you can. You can use pegs to keep yourself idle and sling up higher, but sticking to a peg drains your battery, so you must stay on your toes! Various enemies try to drain your health and knock you out of the sky, but you'll also find items that will aid your climb. How high can you go?

Controls and Options

Controls are clicking on the ball and dragging to set a trajectory, then release to launch yourself in that direction, as well as m and n for mute and unmute. If the game is too hard, or if you want an extra challenge, you can change the difficulty in the main menu by pressing the Difficulty button. The mouse wheel can also be used to zoom in and out.

Mechanics Breakdown

• Pegs stop your momentum and slowly drain your energy.
• Green pegs also stop you but don't drain your energy.
• Blue pegs launch you high up.
• Red pegs kill your momentum and make you fall.
• Batteries recover your energy.
• Ice Batteries freezes imps (purple enemies that chase you)
• Hearts fully recover your energy.
• All enemies take away energy when they damage you.
• Areas with flying dots are gust zones that push you.

This game is intended for PC, although mobile kinda works too.
